Is this worth $234 at the salon

So I went to a hair salon and I just moved here and I read their reviews as good. But I have never ever gotten such a bad fucking hair colour I actually wanna cry! Would you say something or go back? Like I didn't even ask for that blonde! This is what it was supposed to resemble
