When did your morning sickness and full blown pregnancy symptoms start?

I'm 4 weeks and 3 days and have had symptoms for a week. My cousin is pregnant and knew right away she was pregnant and her doctor laughed and told her there's no possible way you can have symptoms before 6 weeks... I feel like if you know your body you can definetly tell. For the past week I've been so bloated, exhausted and nauseous!!

Mine started at 5w. It was the day of my expected period and I was so sick and nauseas so I tested and sure enough lol
