I want to try this but it's expensive and since I have PCOS it's not very useful for me. It doesn't work for woman with PCOS.

Hey Jessica! I'm a happy Ava user, after getting mine mid-June. It's super-easy to use, and during my first full month I got my BFP! (after a year TTC) It adjusts your fertile window in real time, WITHOUT peeing on sticks (which I was starting to dread).
