everytime i have sex with a condom it's hurts after like 5 minutes in,  i had sex yesterday and i'm still hurting.

Well that depends.. is it like burning, itching and possible blistering or just like sore? It could definitely just be that you weren't aroused when he penetrates and irritates your labia.. always makes sure you're either naturally lubricated and spread open your labia or use lube or both cuz that can cause micro tears which can lead to STIs...

I'm mildly allergic to latex and can't use latex condoms. My husband and I have always used polyurethane or lamb skin. Latex condoms give me swelling and itching and it feels like a UTI. Also when we first started having sex we used spermicidal condoms and that caused a lot of problems for me. 
Lay off sex for a while and see if it improves. I'd go ahead and switch to latex free (we use Bare). It won't hurt anything and may solve the problem. From there you can see if it's something else like maybe lube or an infection.
