Anybody else..? Missed miscarriage?

Question

Anybody else had strong stomach cramps (no bleeding) then their pregnancy symptoms disappear a few days later... and everything still be okay with baby? 
I'm 8+3... I have a scan tomorrow.. Preparing myself for the worst ☹️

I agree, try not to worry too much. I know that's hard to hear, but very normal. I've gone through the same thing. Few days later you'll probably get symptoms again. Mine come and go all the time xx

Cramps are normal, and it is normal for symptoms to come and go.

I keep very strong pregnancy cramps due to my surgeries I've had and everything has been okay ! Just try not to think negative esp if you haven't spotted or bled any!
