I know they say buying a house can be one of the most stressful things you can do in your life but after the stuff we've been put through these past few months I will never move again after this.

We had 7 months without a single viewing. We changed estate agents as we felt they were doing nothing to try and sell the house. The first viewing we get with our new agents and she buys it. Full asking price and everything. Finally thought our luck was coming in.

So we started the search for our next property. We fell in love with this lovely house. It was top of our budget but worth it. Then the problems started. The valuer found knotweed on the land next to the property and wouldn't issue a mortgage. We spent weeks finding out who owned the land and who treated it, getting the right paperwork in place so we can finally get our mortgage application approved and move on to the next step.

We finally got confirmation it was ok last saturday. I spent monday sending off all the paperwork and even paid the solicitors the deposit for searches so there were no more hold ups. I felt like a weight had finally been lifted after so much stress and being stuck in limbo.

I've just had a phonecall from our estate agents. The lady buying our house is pulling out. She's had nearly two months to make that decision and she chooses now. After everything we have been through, all the stress and uncertainy, we are right back at the beginning.

I want to scream at her i really do.
