Im having extreme back pain in the middle across both sides that sometimes goes into my stomach it hurts when i sit up and when i stand up it just start about an hour ago. Does anyone know what this could be? I had sciatica my last pregnancy but this back pain is on both sides instead of just one sided. Any ideas to help ease the pain as well? Im 24 weeks and 1 day.
