Trisomy 18?

Are there any mamas on here who's baby had Trisomy 18? We found out our son has Trisomy 18 when I was 21 weeks pregnant. I'm 32 weeks now and my due date is approaching soon. Just needing someone to talk to that has gone through something similar.

Hi, my genetic test came back really high for trisomy 18 ... ultrasound looked alright other then he was saying skull seems a bit narrow + chin recessing but he wasn’t sure if it’s just the shape...

My baby was born 2/21 and just released from the NICU she has Trisomy 18 and we came home with a feeding tube and oxygen. She has a VSD and will be having surgery to repair her heart in the next few weeks. We didn’t know this till after birth. We are terrified and decided not to tell our family. I am a mess I can’t stop thinking about how I will have to tell her big sister who is 11 that her sister she waited for for all these years has passed 😭.

My son doesn't have trisomy 18 but has another chromosomal syndrome called TARP. It is also quite fatal and has many of the same characteristics as trisomy 18. They thought that's what he had at first. Are you carrying a boy or a girl? When are you due?
