UTI came on like pulled back muscles

5 days ago I awoke to a upper butt cramp right side. So awful it made me hobble around in pain. Thinking maybe I over did it mowing I took some Tylenol. The next few days it just got worse. Could hardly walk. My hip hurt and my lower right abdomen. Felt like I was nearly paralyzed in my lower back My 11 yr old son said "go to the hospital ". I knew for sure it was just a pulled muscle or some pregnancy pelvic issue. I knew the hospital couldn't help. Well went to OB to find out I have a very serious UTI. Never once did it burn when I pee. Never dismiss pain as something else. Learned my lesson the hard way.
