POSITIVE 2 WEEKS AFTER D&C

I had a D&C a little over 2 weeks ago, I was 6/7 weeks when my baby stopped growing. Doctor said we were safe to have sex once I stopped bleeding which was 2 days after. We didn't use condoms. I took a test this morning and pretty sure I see a vvvfp is this from my previous pregnancy or a new one?
