Every time I have an appointment, I get so nervous that I have diarrhea all morning until my appointment. Even when I'm sitting in the waiting room, my stomach is upset. I usually don't eat because I'm scared of making it worse, but then I end up with an upset stomach and starving myself. I'm 20 weeks and 2 days today and my appointment is in 3 hours. So nervous already.
