Wanna lose 30 pounds before Christmas. I walk everyday. Eat special k for one meal a day & everything else is healthy like I don't do sugars, any sweets etc. no ice cream no dairy except my milk for cereal & cheese for my potatoes. I eat dinner it's veggie and meats every time. Just stuck at the same way for 2 weeks I either lose or I'm just having the same weight according to the scale yet my clothes are falling off me and I walk everyday.
