My daughter is now 7 months. The past couple of weeks she'll wake up in the middle of the night for a feeding (thus part is normal) but she now takes 2 hours to fall back asleep! I don't rock her to sleep. After giving her milk, I just put her in bed and leave. Before she'd fall back asleep after 30 mins max. Now she just lays there sucking her thumbs. Sometimes she rolls and gets stuck. Ughhhhhh
