What happened to my sleeper??

Ugh you guys, my 12hr sleeper is waking up so upset every 2-3hrs for the last week. We recently transitioned her out of her bassinet and into the crib and ever since then, she's waking up. I think it's cuz she isn't cozy and is exposed. She's also super squirmy and moving all over the place in it. We have an a/c unit in her room too, but we've tried just a fan in case it's a temperature thing, but no better luck. How can I make it feel cozy without loading her crib up with blankets and pillows?

She recently grew out of the one we had, we never really needed it, but I think I might get another and give it a try

We have this inside our daughters crib. It's called a sleepyhead & irs he best thing I think we have bought in the last 7 months! It's all been SIDS tested so is safe and it makes them feel snug. She literally goes in as you see her here, no blankets or sleep sacks or anything. She's just decided she likes sleeping with her legs like that, it's a new thing 😂 she went from being up every 2-3 hours to sleeping through from 7:30-7:30/8 in this! It's been our god send!

She'll be 7 months on the 20th. I do think it's a sleep regression, she's always been a great sleeper, this is very unlike her. And it seems like a lot of mom's on here are struggling with the same. I'm so ready for this to pass!

How old is she? There is a sleep regression around 7-8 months I think so it could well be that & we could be on our way 😩😩 LOL! I'll get the sleep in whilst I can!!

Ok great, thank you! I'm thinking it may be a sleep regression, in which case, we wait it out, but the cozy environment certainly helps her fall asleep faster!
