What are your thoughts on the IUD?

I know nothing about it and my OB was kinda trying to pressure me to getting it after I give birth. I don't want to get anything that's going to be harmful or screw up my chances of conceiving again.

What's your experience with it?

I hated it, I could always feel it, I was always sore and spotting. It also caused a really weird odor and killed my sex life when I had it. I almost pulled it out myself! Only had it three months and I'll never go back!

Loved mine. No issues. Had it put in, when i was ready for another baby i had it taken out. Dr said we could start trying immediately. Was pregnant within a month.

I have one, but I got it because I don't want to conceive again. Maybe something not so long term would be a better fit?

It worked really well for me. No periods ect. 
My only complaint is that it made my acne worse

I loved mine that after the first 5 years I got a new one and had that one for 5 years also. No periods, no problems. Took it out to get pregnant and by month two I was pregnant. Some people have problems with them but it depends on each person.

Loved mine...got pregnant as soon as I took it out both times...no periods on it...did make me a little moody but that was it

Following. I've read lots of articles on it growing into the cervix but my OB is pressuring it on me and basically refusing to give me any other form of BC
