AF due March 20th....

I have three positive test. However, I'm a mother of boy/girl twins right (7 years old) I don't remember the first trimester at all. The first pic is from yesterday evening. The second pic is from this afternoon. Today makes 5 days my period is late. Does this mean my HCG is multiplying quickly? Could I possibly be having multiples again?
