20 weeks scan and I'm petrified

I have my 20 week scan tomorrow.. I've been having terrible nightmares and have been having pains in my stomach and groin. I'm absolutely petrified that something will go wrong. I have had a number of losses and this is playing on my mind a bit. Does anyone else feel like this?
