With my second pregnancy I've been gaining so much almost 25 pounds and I'm 6 months

My first I gained 70lbs. My son was 9lbs5oz. 
33+3 weeks with our second boy now and have gained 42lbs. At 26 weeks he estimated 2lbs6oz so they're thinking he'll be an 8 lb baby.
