Endometriosis women help me out here

I have a 20 year old daughter who is engaged to be married in 8 months. She just found out through surgery this week that she is suffering from endometriosis. During her surgery they did confirm with a tubal dye that her tubes at the moment are not blocked. She has been doing a ton of research online and is very concerned and worried about the infertility factor that accompanies endometriosis. She is so concerned to the point that she is now weighing the options if they should start trying right away to get pregnant and get married during pregnancy. The doctor did say that the sooner that she can have her first child is better because in many cases endometriosis can be relieved from childbirth for whatever the reasons are. But at the same time he also said he didn't want her to feel like she had to do it right away because of the endometriosis. My daughter and her fiance have been together for 3 years and a very solid and stable relationship, and in fact more mature than even 40 year olds I have seen in marriage. I am not looking for a debate over the age of her getting pregnant for her first time or out of wedlock. I am looking for advice to pass down to her from those of you with endometriosis experiences they can help with her options.

What my advice to her at this point because I'm also in the situation we're in fertility, though unexplained, has suddenly affected my husband and I. So given that I'm already in those shoes I get her. What I told her was to talk to her doctor further about this and see if maybe he can do every two or three months a check to see what her stage is at or her fertility stage. She's afraid that it she's thinking irrational and Reckless about this but I think the fact that she's thinking about that shows her to be a lot more responsible and mature than she is recognizing in herself. Her fiance Works a full-time job and she is in her third year of college as a nursing student and will begin her clinicals in August.

Thank you in advance for taking the time to contribute information that can help benefit.
