Oh man... Major insult.
So there I was, chatting with my 21 year old cousin,who is pregnant with her second child, on Facebook messenger.
I am 37 and a mother of 3. I just had that pesky Mirena removed and DH and I are TTC.
Anyway, I told her that DH and I were TTC but were not going to stress about it.
Her response,"well, you had better get those eggs checked."
REALLY?!?! I am not in my 50's! There are tons of women having healthy babies in their 30's!
I am an active, healthy and outgoing 37 (38 in 4 months) year old woman.
I was so insulted.
I told her that,"...my eggs were just fine."
Her response,"Oh. Your way ahead of me, you already had them checked!"
