Sore BOOBS

So , when AF started , I had to a pill to stop it because it went past the normal cycle time. So idk if I ovulated the day glow said 7/3/17 .

Now for 3 days I've had sore Nipples with no other issues . I did notice prior to sore nipples I had these sharp stabbing pains in my abdomen. ☹️

I'm so lost , I don't know if I ovulated or if my BD could of worked . I did try opk for my first time and every opk was negative.

Thinking the test was bad or out of date .
