It's not weird, of course not. We can't become "adults" by age, but by experience and level of maturity and responsibility. It's okay if you don't feel like an adult, you have a lot yet to experience and live. Just make sure to always think twice and thrice before you make the "big" decisions and always listen to your head more than your heart.

I literally turned 18 on July 4 and I have been trying to do so many things to make me feel more like an adult. I cut off all of my hair, I registered to vote, and I am getting a tattoo (which I had already planned for 2 years), but I still feel like a child. I am even a sophomore in college and still feel like a little kid.

No, I didn't consider myself one either, and I wasn't really. Just because you're legally an adult doesn't exactly make you one overnight.
