Help not sure what is going on

May 23rd I had a period then my husband and I had sex 13 days later on June 4th then June 17th I had another period then come June 27th I had major major cramps like ovarian pain June 30th I had spotting. Now the last 3 days I've had major back pain and yesterday I started spotting I'm still spotting today nothing is even getting on my liner I only see it when I wipe. I'm not due for my period until the 12th which would be cycle day 26 (I used to have periods every 28 days like clockwork but the last year since coming off all birth control I slowly started always spotting or starting 2 days early) and I've been having ovarian pain and right breast pain.

Anyone have any idea what could be going on?
