Bleeding and hcg level is 72???

I am bleeding bright red! I went to the E.R and they said my levels were at 72. Everything seems good. Just have to go in tomorrow to get blood drawn again to make sure it doubles. What do you guys think? I have been bleeding for the past 3 days! No clots no cramping, and no back pain. Cervix is still closed.
