My cycles are irregular ok-but I know that I ovulate in general because well, I've miscarried before. I just don't know when exactly I ovulate because I cant really keep track of my BBT due to my chronic insomnia, being unable to deep sleep and such and having constant nightmares. And last month I was five days late beyond my latest cycle-so now I have a new later cycle, and I'm unsure of when I ovulated but I think I did on the 3rd because of cramping at night and EWCM or the 4th possibly because I was cramping on and off pretty badly in the morning and afternoon and there was a lot of cervical fluid just coming out that was also EWCM (sorry if tmi), but then on the 7th after I peed, I wiped and there was pink and then a couple hours later after I peed and wiped again there was a lot more pink but then there hasn't been anymore. What do you think it could've been? I know so many people are going to say to try and chart BBT or use OPKs but i need advice about this now, not that. My shortest cycle is 27 days, average being 33, longest 41. I feel like I O'd on the 3rd or 4th which was cycle days 11 and 12, roughly 6-7 days after my period ended entirely.
