Do you wake baby for morning?

Question

I am a stay at home mom. My baby boy has been waking to eat around 4 AM, then he will start kicking around 6 AM. He typically doesn't cry at the 6 AM timeframe. I am wondering if I should pick him up right when he starts kicking at 6 AM, or if I should leave him till he cries, or if I should always wake him up at 7 AM. We don't have any morning obligations because he is my only baby. Thoughts?

My babe sleeps until 9 lately. The only days I wake her up are when we have plans. Otherwise I'm on her schedule.

I only work two days a week, but my LO wakes around 8-9am for the day. Before that he's still pretty zonked out but around 8 he'll start stirring and I can keep him chill for a half hour or so...I know once he starts smiling and talking he's ready to go. Some days I'll lay in bed with him and play for s little, othertimes we jump up for the day. Some days if I need an extra Zzz I'll try to get him to sleep longer...lol. Doesn't usually work. The days I work I get up at 3am so I'll get ready for work, nurse him and then leave and he goes back to sleep super easy.

I have had to learn that unless my son is crying in the crib I need to leave him alone. 99% of the time he will put himself back to sleep. We don't wake him up right now and he usually gets up at 8. However, we are both teachers so in a couple weeks well start getting him up early and ready for the sitters.

I typically wait until my little guy starts to fuss, not a full blown cry.

I work so I have to get mine up at 7. But on weekends, I'll get her up at 7:30 or whenever she makes it clear she's up for the morning. Whichever comes first.
