Weight loss tips?

So we're planning on getting married next year and I have my dress as thought we were getting married few years ago but sadly lost my partners mum... iv tried on my dress today and it doesn't fit anymore 👎🏼😭😭... any diet and exercise tips would be great. Willing to try anything...

Cut out sodas, drink tons of water. Running is great for losing weight, as well as in exercise in general.

Honestly if you run for 15 minutes a day, you'll see results. You have to cook for yourself. Fill half your plate with vegetables. A 1/3 of your plate with steamed or baked fish/palm full of chicken or lean beef. Then the rest a whole grain carb like toast. You should eat 3 meals a day and 2 snacks. They should include fruit or nuts or vegetables with hummus for example. Don't drink soda or alcohol. Truly the lack of alcohol will make a huge difference. Drink tons of water. Have 2 sweet things but aim for fruit or something like 3 small cookies. Don't overdo it. Your stomach will slowly adjust and you'll feel better after a week. Also add 2-3 days of body weight exercises or dumbbells.

In high school when I competed for pageants my personal trainer and nutritionist put me on a strict all protein diet so for 3 months I literally ate baked chicken breast with cheese and mustard 😂 I was and still am perfectly healthy and if it wasn't for my SO hating eating chicken every night I would probably still eat it. I ate tons of salad as well! Drink a gallon of water a day and run as many miles as you can(I ran 5) I went from being 170 to 120 in a 3 months time and stayed at 120 while I was on the diet until I went to college and then I went back up to 170 because a freshmen in college who's always had to eat specific things goes WTF and throws diets to the wind 😂 good luck!:)

I use the lifesum app. It tracks exercise, water, calories ECT. And gives you suggestions of things like "instead of strawberry ice cream try --------- recipe" it can make you meal,plans and makes a grocery list for whatever recipes you like off the app. It does a lot of things which can become over whelming but I think its been worth it
