Did anyone else get really bad stretch marks 😭 I'm really self conscious about my stomach now 😭 it makes me cry when I look at it I just feel ugly

Yes! I got them everywhere in front of my stomach. I had never gotten stretch marks before, but it definitely got me. I was feeling low about it, but then I read a post about how they're a reminder of the amazing thing your body did, which was created a human! Many women out there would kill to have stretch marks if it meant they were able to carry their own child. As someone who tried for 4 1/2 years to get pregnant, it hit home. I'm putting stuff on it to reduce the look and it's looking better, but I'm definitely not self conscience about it anymore. Be proud of them when you're feeling able to! Your body went through so many changes and madd a miracle 🤗🤗

I got stretch marks in junior high from a big weight gain. Talk about awful for your confidence as a young kid!! I got some more from my daughter but became proud of them because it meant I had her inside of me. For my son born in June, no additional stretch marks but the old ones are still there. I don't care and don't hide them- they're a part of my body and my journey.

With my first I carried him to 41 weeks and had NO stretch marks he was just under 9lbs and I gained 60lbs. With my twins I gained 38lbs and didn't have any UNTIL my last two weeks. There not typical stretch marks. These bastards are long, deep and red. Going from my rib cage to my vag. Stretching up to my belly button. I used oil and heavy lotion through out my pregnancy (and now) my mom never had stretch marks like mine. And I'm very self conscious. My SIL lives with me and has a model body and any time I take my kiddos in our backyard to swim I see her always glancing at my stomach. So I plan on getting a cover up tattoo because I'm tired of being stared at. Yes they are my tiger stripes but I'm tired of the looks :( so you're not the only one

I have them ALL over my stomach and side. I'm coping because my SO has been amazing. All he notices is my fat ass and milk filled huge boobs. 
I just want my tummy flat again. I can work around the stretch marks. There's cute high waisted skirts and swimsuits. It's just time for me to switch up the wardrobe.
