Someone please help😞.

We have been trying for 3 months now and for some reason I seem to spot after insemination. I test ovulation with clear blue first response and the Cheapies from the dollar tree. Now for some reason this morning I seem to still have a light line on my ovulation test after I ovulated. Why is this? This the first month that my ovulation test has been like this . Here are the pictures for the month.
