21 day fix exercises
I'm starting the exercises for 21 day fix this week. I already have a working low calorie food plan in place and I'm down 22lbs. I am hoping the 21 fix will push the little extra I need to succeed at my weight loss.
Have you done it? I liked piyo and hated insanity. I'm afraid I'm going to absolutely hate it. I likely will hate it. Can I stick with it?
