First Visit

Hey ladies! I'm 5 weeks 1 day today. I just scheduled my first prenatal visit and the earliest they could get me in is August 17th. That's over 5 weeks away! Any tips on how to deal with the anxiety of waiting that long? This is my first pregnancy and I feel like I'll be a nervous wreck until I know everything is going okay, but that seems like such a long time to wait 😩
