I started taking prenatal vitamins  when i knew right away of this pregnancy at 3 weeks ,and I stopped a few weeks later because they were making me extremely sick ,!i had acheck up today and everything's fine, TG . Does anyone else stopped taking prenatal and still do okay

You absolutely have to take a prenatal. Talk to your doctor and they can give you samples to try. I threw up almost every day with my daughter even in the OR getting my csection and still made sure I got my prenatal in everyday. I take vitafusion prenatal gummies. They don't have iron so they don't make me constipated and don't make me nauseous. You may have to eat before taking them and not on an empty stomach.

You must be taking a prenatal. It's so important especially in the early stages. Talk to your doctor about options but you must get that folic acid into you as well as other things!

I took one prenatal at around 4 weeks and it made me severely depressed for the whole day for some reason, so I didn't take anymore until I was around 10 weeks and my doctor told my that taking it right before I went to sleep would help, and it did, so I've been taking it since. Maybe you can find some sort of other vitamin to take, like a gummie or something, but other than that I think you're fine as long as you're eating and drinking things that will help you keep all your levels up
