Possibility of twins?

I took letrozole this month and baby danced naturally. I got a faint positive at 8dpo and then got a strong positive at 12dpo today. Period isn't due for a week. I've been pregnant (and miscarried twice before this) and have never got dark tests so early. Could this be a possibility of twins?

After OPK testing, I ovulated on cycle day 15 and got a positive pregnancy test 9 days later

Good luck! I know my OpK test day you can ovulated 24-48 hours after your get your first positive. I think I ovulated 24 hours after and got a faint positive on 10dpo.

I think HCG can be high and low and doesn't necessary correlate with twins, but it could! could you have ovulated sooner than you thought?
