Wanna If I'm pregnant

I had all the symptoms a missed period cramps back pain all that I just can get it on a hpt all the test I took was negative last night /this morning i started crying cause out of no where I started cramping, bleeding feeling like I had to throw up can't eat ... could I be pregnant

Someone please help have any one ever had this happen
