PCOS - ovulation

Hi- does anyone have PCOS with irregular/no period? I have been off birth control for a month and suppose to get my period tomorrow. I have all the symptoms but just not sure if i will actually get it.

The reason i was on birth control was because i was not getting my period. Trying to have a baby now and just wondering if anyone had problems conceiving with PCOS.

Also, if you do not get your period do you not ovulate?
