I started last week, had my first weigh in and lost 2.5lb.. But now I know what to eat etc I know my next weigh in will be more! It definitely works, my mum lost 6.5lb this week :)

I'm in it now. I started in February. I really love it. It's teaching me a lot and changing my relationship with food. I especially love their "simply filling" version, cause it's centered on more clean eating and while foods. I hope you try. Let me know if you do. It'd be nice to have a buddy :)
