Breastfeeding/pumping
Does anyone pump exclusively? I get really bad anxiety during the night, so it's hard to breastfeed when she wakes up. I want to start pumping and give her bottles. At least then, it's still breast milk. Just curious if anyone does that and how to go about getting started and transitioning my 3 week old to bottles. Tips or tricks? Thanks!
