From what I understand, late term (3rd trimester) measurements are more based on genetics than how ready the baby is to be born, developmentally. So while your baby could come early, it's more likely that you will just have a baby slightly larger than average. I'm in the same boat and wish she would come a week and a half early, but don't want to get my hopes up since it's not super likely.

No lol.  I always measured 2-4 weeks ahead and delivered on time
