This started day after end of my period, what is it? When will it stop?

*UPDATE; I'm still bleeding when I wipe.. it even leaves little stains on my panties sometimes but it's mostly when I wipe.. but I can feel it.. I don't understand this.. I want it to stop, I wanna get it on with my OH like wtf is this from? Should I see a doctor about it?

Also it's no longer brown it looks like normal period blood..
