Sorry mommas this might b TMI .. I'm 8 weeks pregnant n I'm a bit constipated .. could I take this pills ???

I have constipation issues constantly. I take two fiber tablets daily to battle that and stay regular. I don't like the softeners because all of them make my stomach cramp. (Pregnant or not) I would not recommend this because of that.

Don't think it's a good idea. I think u should ask ur doctor but it doesn't do anything. I tried them after giving birth and did nothing for me

Do Colace and get some fiber gummies. I've been so miserable with constipation, I took fiver gummies and it worked.

Try prune juice! I was having the same problem (14 wks) and had a glass yesterday with no change and a glass this evening and it finally kicked in. Worked great.

All I do is drink water n I feel so bloated n uncomfortable .. I have a doctor appointment on Friday idk if I should wait till then to let them know
