First period in 3 years and my v smells ☹️

I don't know if this makes a difference but I've got the implant and on my second one now, and not had a period for the whole time. However I've just come on, spotting. And my v smells, quite a weird odour. I don't want anyone to take the mick because I do shower regularly and look after my v. But I'm abit embarrassed about this and don't want my bf to notice. How can I help this and just be fresh and always smelling fresh down there ☹️
