ftm. at first i thought this was baby acne but its also on her neck. is this normal??

How old is your baby? Make sure to check whole body to see if there are any spots anywhere else. My baby had a spot on his back and then more spots appeared and it was chicken pox.

It just seems like a little irritation, which is common. Just be sure to wipe cheeks and under chin after feedings make sure it stays dry. If it gets worse, it could be a reaction of some sort maybe to laundry detergent or any baby essentials you use. Best wishes to you new mama!
