How to pay for college? 💀

So I just found out I'm going to owe my school $800 after student loans. I don't really have a way to get the money to pay it off, and my work study job does so little for me in the terms of money. It's awful. Has anyone found any ways, other than loans, to help pay for college?

Does your university offer monthly payment options for remaining balances? I think my university calls it something like defaulting. It is a monthly payment, but has to be paid my the end of the semester or they put a hold on your record and transcript.

Pay it off a little at a time. $800 isn't that much. I'm still paying off a total of 9,000 in loans from 4 semesters. Every month, they automatically bill me for $50. It helps to because it's building credit.

Sell things you don't need on kijiji, cut down on little expenses (think coffee, etc.) and try to pick up cash jobs if you can (babysitting, lawn cutting).. good luck!

How long do you have to pay it off? You could sell stuff or dog walk or babysit or try getting another small job

I wouldn't suggest taking out a personal loan for such a small amount because you'll probably have to pay twice as much! Maybe ask your family for help?? Or find some small jobs you could do

Constantly look for scholarships, not matter the price. Any little bit helps 👌

I like to bake, and had a bake sale to raise money for my tuition when they gave me a months notice to pay $2k. I raised almost $1200 on a bake sale.

Babysit! I made $450 a week in college. Kind of cut into my studying time but it's honestly the best way to make quick $$ 🙌🏼
