well my jaw does a lot more work during a bj but i can go down on a guy for a really long time so this isnt something i wouldve ever thought about.

You're more relaxed going to a dentist so your muscles aren't constantly tensing up and being worked like they would be during a bj. However I can't hardly keep my mouth open at the dentist either because I have very few tendons holding my jaw together as is 😂
