I just needed to share

I lost my daughter 3 years ago. She was a stillborn due to trauma I sustained from my ex husband. I hadn't really tried to experience the grief, I was so young when it all happened that I ended up suppressing it. 3 years later, I am now in trauma counseling and grief counseling. I have a support group that consists of my best friend(a guy with 2 beautiful and healthy children) I don't even know if I'm sharing right. But i feel sort of stagnant in the grieving process and I thought maybe a support group could possibly help.
