Tylonal PM

I'm 20 weeks pregnant and lately the only way I can sleep soundly is Tylonal PM. My doctor said it's okay but is it okay to do the nights I have to work the next day (work tues-sat 9 hours a day)? I live upstairs and have to walk downstairs to use the bathroom. If I don't take Tylonal PM then every time I have to pee and waddle all the way downstairs and back up it makes me fully wake up and I lay there for 45min trying to go back to sleep and I'm a zombie at work. The Tylonal pm keeps me sleepy enough to go back to bed once I get back upstairs. Does everyone agree this is safe? Just want to do what's best while keeping my sanity. I have HG so I'm already tired as it is.
