Can two pregnancys really be that different?

Question

Are there any mum's out there who have had hyperemesis with one pregnancy and not the other ? With my daughter who's now 6 I was soooo sick with her, ended up in hospital it was awful! 
With my second pregnancy I was sick but not like with her. That ended at 13 weeks last October :(

Now I am nearly 8 weeks with pregnancy number 3 and although I am nauseated it's mainly when I haven't eaten. And only dry gagging some days.

I guess what I am asking is .... Can two pregnancies be that different?

my first I developed high blood pressure which led to preeclampsia so I suffered a bit second one was a breeze no problems. this is my rainbow baby and my blood pressure goes up and down so who knows

Yup! My first two pregnancies were completely opposite : 
first no sickness - second HG
First low belly- second high belly
First low heart rate- second high heart rate 
First craving salty/savory- second craving healthy/sweet/sour
Etc
Now I'm pregnant with #3 and it's like a mixture of the two lol I was sick but I'm 13 weeks now and haven't puked in a few days, baby has a lower heart rate, craving savory stuff as well as sour stuff.

My first pregnancy was like I wasn't pregnant. I only tested because I missed my period. Second pregnancy I threw up at the same time everyday for the first trimester. This pregnancy I am nauseated almost constantly everyday( not vomiting yet though.)

My sister was terribly sick all 9mos with her first. With her second she had NO sickness at all--only felt hungry more often. Both were girls. They're like 18mos apart. It's crazy!

My first pregnancy is completely different that this one. I had constant morning sickness with my first pregnancy and constAnt heartburn I couldn't even be near anything spicy, my boobs didn't hurt and I didn't have swollen feet I was super nice and this pregnancy I have 0 morning sickness  no heartburn, I crave spicy food, my boobs feel like they are going to fall off, my feet are swollen all the time and I'm soooo moody all the time. I definitely thought this one was going to be boy because how different they are but nope both pregnancys are girls lol. I guess every pregnancy is just different lol

Oh ya. I breezed through my pregnancy with my daughter. I felt great the whole 9 months. No morning sickness, nothing other than heartburn. This time around morning sickness, always out of breath, back pain, hip pain, exhaustion, the works. It has been a lot harder this time around.

Yup. I did. My first I had horrible morning sickness and none for my second, my third I also  horrible morning sickness that I had to have zofran pump on me 24/7 and home on IV and I'm pregnant again with no morning sickness.

Thankyou ladies. I deffo feel much better now . We want to feel sick and when we do feel sick we don't want to feel it !! Haha 😂
