I'm 4.7cm dilated and 80% effaced also in a ~3 poaition. I've also lost my mucus plug and have been having consistent contractions for days. Still no baby :/

I was at 2cm, 80% effaced and he had dropped into my pelvis. He was that way for 3 weeks.. every labor is different. I hope you don't have to wait as long as me!

Cant say. My baby was not dropped and i wasnt effaced no signs no mucus plug and then all of a sudden my waters were bulging and her father missed the birth. Went from absolutely nothing to baby in 45 minutes
