Crazy preggo dreams...about ex's 😕

This has been happening for months now and I just feel terrible about it. Ever since I got pregnant I continuously have dreams about my one psycho ex who was abusive in multiple ways- occasionally they are sexual dreams but not often. Usually he is disappointing me in one way or another. Then last night a sexy dream about a different (not abusive) ex. I haven't seen or talked to these people in over 6 years. I love my husband! Why is my pregnant brain torturing me?? Has this happened to anyone else? I know I can't control it but I feel so guilty. Especially because in my dreams I'm totally into the sexy time but in reality, the last time we tried to have sex it hurt really bad and I was totally just NOT into it... 😭
