ob appointment today

I go see the doctor today. I was in the er last night for bleeding enough for a feminine product. My levels were still doubling and cervix is closed with mild bleeding. He couldnt tell me why I was bleeding and because my numbers doubled he didn't want to do an ultrasound to check the baby. So I go into the doctor today. I'll be going by my self 😞 I'm anxious because my symptoms are faded like my breast aren't even firm anymore and I'm afraid something is wrong with the baby. Anyone experience this and have a healthy baby?
